19-year-old Michael Anderson from Hickory, North Carolina has been charged with murder for the death of his roommate, 36-year-old Stephen Starr. Anderson shot Starr, then used an axe on him, carved a word into his side, and wrote on his body with a pen. Afterward, Anderson called 911 and calmly explained what happened. Here’s the call.
